My name is Kelly Minshew, and I am a passionate Special Education Teacher with over ten years of experience dedicated to supporting and empowering students with diverse learning needs. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and am currently finalizing my Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to inclusive education, driven by my love for teaching and the belief that every student’s voice is powerful. My educational philosophy centers on amplifying student voice, ensuring that all learners have the tools and opportunities they need to express themselves confidently.

I strive to cultivate a positive learning environment built on compassion, creativity, and a student-centered approach.

My Mission is to create a supportive classroom where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

My Vision is to see each student grow and thrive in key areas of life—developing essential life skills, social skills, and academic abilities. I am committed to fostering an environment where students are empowered to reach their full potential and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
